Demo3D - Awesome Models, Fast
Get Your Clients' Attention
Provide your prospect with realistic looking videos of your proposal, a bill of materials, and a CAD layout to demonstrate your commitment. Demo3D is unique in providing the features and functionality you need to create impressive models fast, without spending the project budget before you even get it.
Prototype Systems, Reduce Project Costs
Demo3D allows a wide range of equipment to be prototyped and tested with different controls and operating logic. Users verify synchronization, flow, sequencing, and functionality before committing to physical builds, saving time and money. Demo3D models reduce the physical prototyping necessary to develop new machines, and are a powerful way to demonstrate operation to project stakeholders.
Model Fast with Equipment Catalogs
Assemble impressive and accurate demonstration models, create CAD layouts,
and generate a bill of materials from plug and play catalog elements in
time for those initial project discussion meetings. Demo3D's unique
build approach makes captivating sales models cost-effective, and allows
your prospects to envision your proposals realistically.
Building a Demo3D Model is Straightforward
To assemble the layout, drag catalog elements into the workspace. The pieces snap together accurately, and you can set parameters like speeds, number of layers to palletize, and so on. Next, add load creators to introduce loads at the rate you want to demonstrate system operation. Last, overlay routing information to make products move around the system the way you want. That's it - the model is ready to generate the bill of materials, the CAD plan, and captivating videos.
How Simple Was That?
The core of Demo3D is the QuickStart catalog, comprising all the commonly used equipment you need to put together a distribution center, a warehouse, or a manufacturing facility. The "smart" catalog elements really help your workflow; they know what to do when they are connected together, and exhibit a default operation that will suit most needs.
Intelligent by Default
Pallets advance from conveyor section to section without colliding; robots palletize as you'd expect; shuttles pick up and drop off reliably; but it doesn't end there. You can modify the default behavior of any element to make it do pretty much whatever you need it to do - and without scripting.
Easy to Use, Open to Customization
Many of our users are material handling equipment manufacturers who use the QuickStart catalog as a template for their personalised catalog of proprietary equipment. Demo3D provides a fully featured development environment for constructing smart catalog elements.

Import your CAD
Got CAD? You can import CAD from a wide range of standard formats, including Autodesk Inventor, Real DWG, SOLIDWORKS, and many more. Whether you want to create company-specific catalog elements, include visual references in your models, or just make it look more realistic with people or props, you can probably import it.
