Parameters

methods: Type: Demo3D.IOPacketReaderPacketIOMethods
The methods for accessing underlying data.
endian: Type: Demo3D.IOEndian
The endian format of the data (or null if not known).
textEncoding: Type: Demo3D.IOBinaryTextEncoding
The encoding of of strings in the packet (or null if not known).
preload (Optional): Type: System.Collections.GenericIEnumerableBuffer
Pre-read data to preload this PacketReader. This data will be returned before any more data is read from the stream.
