Writes a bytes at offset in the data.

writer: Type: Demo3D.IOIOffsetDataWriter
The data writer.
offset: Type: SystemInt32
The offset into the data to start writing.
fromBuffer: Type: SystemByte
The data to write.
fromBufferOffset: Type: SystemInt32
The offset into fromBuffer to write the data.
length: Type: SystemInt32
The number of bytes to write.
