Writes a bytes at the current position in the packet packet.
The current position is advanced by the number of bytes written.

The offset into fromBuffer to write the data. - length

The number of bytes to write.

Usage Note
In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type
IPacketWriter. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see

Remarks
The buffer returned describes the area of the packet written to by this method.
This buffer can be used to overwrite that portion of the data in the packet.
