Parameters

reader  IOffsetPacketReader
The packet reader.
offset  Int32
The offset into the buffer to start reading.

Return Value

BinaryString
The value read.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type IOffsetPacketReader. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter.
