Parameters

buffer  ArraySegmentByte

The buffer of data.

offset  Int32

The offset of the first byte in the buffer.

length  Int32

The number of bytes in packet.

endian  Endian

The endian format of the data (or null if not known).

textEncoding  BinaryTextEncoding

The encoding of strings in the packet (or null if not known).

description  String

Printable packet/message/connection descrition.
